4. Drying: It is divided into natural drying under natural environment, artificial drying by artificial heating, and continuous drying using both.


5. Firing: In this process, the ceramic grinding wheel is called sintering; the resin grinding wheel is called hardening; the rubber grinding wheel is called vulcanization. The whole process is considered to be successfully completed by the temperature changes of heating, constant temperature and cooling.


6. Processing: The outer circle, plane and aperture of the fired embryo are processed into the finished product by a lathe or grinder. Some of them also need to be filled with holes, sulfurized, waxed, etc.


7. Inspection and stamping: The appearance, size, hardness, balance, strength, etc. of the product should be fully inspected to make it meet the specified requirements, and the standard stamp should be stamped on those that meet the standards, and the product certificate should be printed out.


8. Packaging and warehousing: Products that meet the standards are packaged according to the requirements and then stored in the warehouse.
