Diamond sand is the main raw material of diamond grinding wheel. The quality directly affects the quality of the product. The so-called good abrasives are generally divided into two types.

One is the abrasive with "good" grade. It refers to the diamond abrasive with relatively complete crystallization of single grain abrasive, relatively standardized particle shape, 

relatively few internal impurities and relatively high strength; 

the other is the abrasive with "good" use effect, that is, a set of inherent characteristics of diamond sand products that meet the user's requirements to a high degree, 

and it is also called "qualified" abrasive. At present, the market is basically priced by the grade of abrasives. The better the grade, the higher the price. But for different uses,

it is not the case that the better the grade, the better the use effect. For different uses, the applicable abrasive is the truly qualified "good" abrasive.

Therefore, choosing "good" abrasives is also the first step in our quality control.
