while others use a lighter touch. Since the intensity of dressing significantly affects both wheel lifespan and sharpness, we recommend three distinct formulations tailored to specific dressing habits and grinding parameters,
ensuring our products align closely with each client's actual processing needs.

1. High-performance grooving formula M61: This formula features a highly porous structure.
During use, it maintains both the grinding wheel's sharpness and a stable profile angle.
It is suitable for customers who employ aggressive dressing techniques; the wheel can be restored to its original sharpness by consuming approximately 10 mm of the sharpening stone's tip.

2. High-performance grooving formula: MS-2.
This formula is suitable for customers who use a light touch during dressing; the grinding wheel can be restored to its original sharpness with the consumption of approximately 5 mm of the sharpening stone's tip.

3. High-performance fluting formulation: MT-16.
This formulation is ideal for users who do not routinely dress their grinding wheels; it features continuous self-sharpening during use, maintaining a stable grinding load.
In practical production, it is particularly well-suited for fluting long tools and drill bits, effectively eliminating tool breakage caused by the inability to dress the wheel in time.
